This tool will help us manage the relationship with our customers and internal stakeholders better. We have designed it to make it easy and convenient for the customers where they can check the real time status of their site request. Moreover, this will also ensure no revenue leakage exists which might otherwise lead to a miscommunication between the customers and the internal stakeholders.
